Sanshin Industry Co., Ltd. specializes in precision machining of metal parts using automatic lathes. With more than 100 automatic lathes, we produce high-precision parts in large volumes and deliver them in a short time. From low-cost parts to high value-added products, we respond with our long experience and know-how.

All parts we machine are made from drawings provided by our customers. Even parts that look simple can become very difficult depending on dimensional tolerance and surface roughness. We keep introducing the latest machines and cutting tools to meet these requirements.

Products

We machine small-diameter precision parts such as those used in air conditioners and automobiles. Materials include brass (e.g. C3604) and stainless steel (e.g. SUS304). Typical work includes knurling, gear shapes, hexagon sockets, complex shapes and high-precision parts.
